We are proud to introduce our new team of senior engineers:
Theo Bickelmeijer (Right)
Theo has been part of Hoogenboom Valves since 2017. With years of experience and a keen eye for detail, he knows better than anyone how to turn a design into a solid end product. His technical expertise and calm approach make him a cornerstone of the team.
Sander Dingemanse (Left)
Sander lives in Middelburg with his wife and three sons and joined the engineering team in early 2025. With a strong background in mechanical engineering, work preparation, and procurement, he combines technical insight with a practical mindset.
Pim van Duijne (Center)
Pim joined Hoogenboom Valves in November 2024 as a Senior Engineer. Before that, he worked as an engineer of gas chromatographs, where he was responsible for logistics, final testing, and quality control.
All three excel in conceptual thinking alongside our customers, are highly experienced in developing designs in Solid Edge 3D, and manage purchasing with our trusted partners. They also oversee work preparation, production coordination, quality assurance, progress monitoring, and continuous improvement of our products and processes, while providing maximum support to our customers whenever needed.
With the combined knowledge and experience of Theo, Sander, and Pim, we have strengthened our engineering capacity with valuable expertise from outside our organization, allowing us to keep building innovative solutions for our customers.
